How do you find prospects?
We work with you to define your detailed customer persona, and then we search for prospects using Linkedin. We can either search using your profile (or one that you provide) or one of our profiles. We recommend the former since it will have the added benefit of allowing people to see you visit them. In addition, it also allows us the option of sending custom connection requests to profiles called. But the choice of which profile we use to prospect is entirely yours.

Do you contact the prospects or find them?
We contact the prospects that we find and verify. We do so via a series of custom emails. We also reach out via Linkedin when appropriate.

What email do you use to contact prospects?
We can either use your email or a company email you provide us. We cannot use our email — since the email should come from your company.

What happens when prospects respond to an email?
If we use your email, the responses will go directly to you. Otherwise, we will forward all responses to you in a timely fashion.

Do you provide a list of prospects?
In addition to contacting all of your prospects via emails, we also provide you with a spreadsheet of all the candidates with contact info.

What do you need from us to make this work?
Here’s what we need from you:

If you want us to use your profile to search LinkedIn, we’ll need access to your profile, and you’ll need a Linkedin Sales Navigator account.
A company email address and title OR access to your email address and permission to send emails as you.
Specific criteria to identify your ideal target customer.

How will I know if the service is working for me?
We’ll provide you with reports of emails opened, links clicked, and emails responded to. Even better…if you start getting emails from prospects in your inbox, you’ll know it’s working for you.

Do you guarantee sales?
That would be impossible because as soon as a prospect shows interest, we pass them over to you to make the sale. You control the actual sales process. We provide the prospects.

What if I want to cancel?
We don’t require any long-term contract or commitment, so you can discontinue the service whenever you feel you aren’t getting enough value from it. Just send us an email before the end of the month telling us you’d like to cancel. Unfortunately, we cannot prorate a month already paid for.

Can I get a refund?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on the first monthly payment if you are unsatisfied at the end of the first month of service. The setup fee of $750 is not refundable. After the initial month, you can cancel before the beginning of the following month. Once the month has begun, we cannot refund the fee for that month.
